A scan of the working tree and all 335 commits for anything that should not be
public found no leaked secret. What it did find was three places where a reader
is told something the repository does not back up, and in a public repository a
confident wrong note is worse than silence: nobody goes and checks a sentence
that sounds settled.
The ignore list stopped at *.pfx, *.p12 and *.snk, so a keystore was not covered
at all. The one that matters is the release keystore ADR 0011 rule 1 keeps off
runners — drop it in the tree while cutting a release and nothing would have said
a word. *.keystore and *.jks now, with build/nightly.keystore negated: an ignore
rule cannot untrack a tracked file, so the negation changes no behaviour and is
there so the next reader does not take the committed one for an accident. ADR
0014 is cited beside it, because "a signing key is committed here on purpose" is
a claim that needs its argument within reach.
Also gone from that list: a negation for deploy/.env.example, which has never
existed in any commit.
RelayOptions.AllowPrivateNetworks said loopback, link-local and cloud metadata
ranges "are denied unconditionally and are not configurable" — present tense, in
the voice of a control that exists. Nothing reads the setting. There is no relay
endpoint and no dialler; the relay is ADR 0004 and a contract type. So the
sentence most likely to be read by somebody auditing this repository's SSRF
posture was describing code nobody has written. It now says that outright, and
hands the obligation to whoever builds the dialler with ADR 0004 §3 named in
full, including the IPv4-mapped IPv6 re-check, which is the clause a fresh
implementation is likeliest to miss. The flag governs RFC1918 and never that
list, which was the other half the old wording ran together.
docker-compose.dev.yml pointed at deploy/docker-compose.yml as "the production
stack". That file has never existed here either. Says what does ship — the image
the CI image job builds and pushes — and puts a compose file to run it where it
belongs, in M4's self-hosting guide.
Comments and an ignore list only; no behaviour moves. The API builds clean, and
the two tests that mention the dev compose file read its Postgres version, which
is untouched.
Left alone deliberately: release-android.ps1 and release-windows.ps1 pass the
keystore password and the forge token as arguments to a child process, where
another process on the machine can read them off the command line. That is a real
if small hole and a code change rather than a comment — the vpk half needs
somebody to find out whether it takes the token from the environment first.

Moves the scaffold to src/DodoSSH.Api and establishes the repo conventions the rest
of the milestones build on.
Structure:
- src/{Contracts,Crypto,Domain,Infrastructure,Api}, tests/{Contracts,Crypto,Domain}.Tests
- DodoSSH.slnx rewritten with src/ and tests/ solution folders
Build:
- Directory.Build.props centralises TFM, nullable, deterministic builds and
TreatWarningsAsErrors; Directory.Packages.props pins every version centrally
- packages.lock.json committed so CI restores in locked mode
- NuGet.config clears machine-level sources, which both fixes NU1507 under central
package management and makes restore reproducible off this machine
- Microsoft.OpenApi pinned to 2.11.0: ASP.NET Core 10.0.10 resolves 2.0.0, which is
covered by GHSA-v5pm-xwqc-g5wc (high, patched in 2.7.5)
Analyzers:
- AnalysisLevel is Recommended, not All. With warnings-as-errors, All turns opinionated
naming rules into build breaks and trains people to blanket-suppress.
- BannedSymbols.txt bans DateTime.UtcNow (TimeProvider), Guid.NewGuid (CreateVersion7),
sync-over-async, MD5/SHA1, PBKDF2 and SecureString
- CA1711/CA1724 disabled: both are .NET Framework CAS-era naming rules
- PublicApiAnalyzers on Contracts only, since that assembly is the client's real contract
API:
- weather-forecast template removed
- UseHttpsRedirection removed; TLS terminates at the reverse proxy and redirecting
behind one causes loops
- /healthz/{live,ready,startup}. Liveness deliberately checks no dependencies so a
transient database outage cannot restart the container and kill live SSH sessions.
Notes:
- No coverage collector yet. Microsoft.Testing.Extensions.CodeCoverage pulls an MTP 1.x
MSBuild extension that throws TypeLoadException against the MTP 2.3.x xunit.v3 brings.
Coverage gates are an M3 concern; revisit with an MTP 2.x-aligned version then.
Verified: dotnet build (0 warnings), 17 tests pass, format check clean, API serves
health and OpenAPI endpoints.
Baseline commit of the untouched template so the M0 restructure lands as a
reviewable diff rather than appearing as the initial state.
Includes .gitignore and .gitattributes only; no source changes.
